In your messages it seems that you violate some of the rules that you want others to abide by. I couldn't find anywhere under the, "examples of proper use includes:" , your message bashing Richard falls. I think you should not be hypocritical and confine your messages to content listed below that you so value.
Examples of proper use includes:
announcing dates of upcoming casino collectible shows
announcing dates of chapter meetings
seeking advice on casino collectible values
seeking information about club members
commenting on hobby related media stories
posting proposals to trade with other collectors
commenting on and seeking information about club related matters
stating positions on club policy
I also wish you would use some of this energy to finish the new Price Guide. It would be far more productive.
It has been made public knowledge that Richard has been accused of shill bidding and almost all people bidding on Richard's auctions on eBAY don't seem to care. I agree with Ric, these are grown people and can make decisions on their own.
If a seller put a proxy bid on his own auction, the computer cops would scream "shill bidding", "shill bidding", therefore they called it a 'reserve' and everybody was happy.
