I am saying a reserve is a seller making a proxy bid on his auction which in order for someone to win that auction he has to meet the sellers reserve (proxy bid). If this is not a seller shilling his own auction than I am as ignorant as the next few messages are going to say that I am.

Like I said before, I would like to see the law that says shill bidding in itself is illegal. And by this I mean a person bidding on his own auction, not tied in with using other means to defraud.

And once again I am opposed to shill bidding in any form, not just the forms that suit my needs.
