I see many strikes listed as errors, but most of them are misprints or design flaws. I would think an error is not something that came from the factory as made in production.

Would a true error be something that is a mistake or manufacturing error, possibly one of a kind, not one of 500?

I don't know what else to call them, but error doesn't seem to be appropriate. Any ideas.

By the way the token below is an error, the color gold goes arcoss the whole face that is supposed to be silver. It came out of the machine like this.
