It seems by the looks of the hits his auctions are getting on EBAY, they don't seem to care WHETHER OR NOT HE IS GUILTY.

I would like to see some of the auctions that he bid up that were bid up more than what a reasonable price would have been. His auctions sold at a fair market value. Almost all his auctions went way above his shill bid prices. There really was no reason for him to shill bid.

It's hard for me to find much difference between shill bidding and having a reserve on an auction. In both cases the seller is bidding on his own auction. I have bid on reserve auctions and I hate it when after I bid I see, "Reserve not met". Who is the shill, the seller of course.
I find that most the time all a shill bidder is doing is trying to get close to fair market value for his item and not gouge someone. As I said in a previous post they both should be illegal. Or make them both legal.
