James, it is not an easy fix. The reason Jackpot was shutting down is the server is not big enough to handle all the emails that Jackpot was sending so DJ had the option of leaving Jackpot shut down or stopping emails until the problem is fixed. There will be no confirmation emails on any listings, items sold or contact us until an unknown future date. I am hoping that George Bush will bail Jackpot Auctions out like all the banking institutions.
