I have only posted here once before, but have been collecting strikes since they first came out...UGGHH..almost 10 years ago, and would like to introduce myself.
My name may be familiar to the members who remember our Sunday night auctions on Compuserve, or that national meeting of the rubber chicken. That was back when we lived in the Bay Area, and when Marv Weaver and I traded at the kitchen table, as well as at the Bowling Alley. ;-) I am a Silver Strikers chapter member, as well as the NorCalNev chapter. I am also known to some of the sellers on ebay a couple years ago. And recently have been working with Jim Turnbow.
I do recognize a number of the members here, but, most of your names are new to me.
Since retiring to the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills, I have found it impossible to keep up with this once obsessive hobby of mine. And now find that it is time to sell the strikes I have collected. Both the "extra" traders...and the collection itself. These are all older, some rare, some not...$7,10,20,28,40.
If you would be so kind as to send me an email with your want list attached, I would be happy to let you know if I have the older strike you are looking for.
I will also be selling on ebay in the future.
