AKA Rickerbbm, BBM and the shill of a thousand faces, a boycott is in order. This problem is not new and many strikers have avoided him for a few years. Not only don't bid on his auctions but block his bids on yours. You may wish to block suspected shills as well. Even though I can assume ebay has received many reports they are slow to respond because active users like this make them a ton of money. This situation occured before with another large strike seller not for shilling but bad service. It went on for years.
