First of all let me say that I am still new to this Hobby. I am a Full Time Coin Dealer and just started buy Strikes for a few of my customers and the rest is History. Anyway as i posted a few days ago I was setting up at a coin show in Oklahoma City and would be displaying some of my strikes and casino chips. I had a sign in my case that said I was also buying any Casino chip or strike. Friday night a dealer friend of mine walked buy and "You buy those things" I have a ton of them. I said how many is a ton and how much are they. He said there are between 70 and 80 and I'll take seven for them. Well I'm think great, that's like face value. I said to let me know the exact amount. He came back and said you owe me $525. I said how many did you end up having? He said there were 75 of them @ $7 = $525.00. I said GREAT and Thanks! He was very happpy and I was very happy. I haven't looked them all up yet but all but 3 are from Nevada and every one I saw had .999 silver on the ring! Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
I just hope that I can go threw them and start a good Trade List.
IN HIS GRIP!
