Sound like the Klez virus. I have received one this week plus I have had an email saying that I sent one when I didn't. My computer is clean and I run anti-virus the whole time I am online plus I do a clean sweep once a week. So just don't open any attachment from anyone if there is no message. Make sure your computer preferences are set to not open automaticly. Know what the attachment is not just who sent it.
