Hi Jim, Your absolutely right! No question he made a "nice" profit from my purchase. As you say, we both got what we wanted. I buy strikes from two local Coin Shops also and both owners admitted to me they pay $5 apiece for them. One guy sells them to me for $8 each and the other guy $13 each. Having owned and operated a Gun Shop for several years I know that business practices sometime take some funny turns. I have a deal with the guy that sells me the strikes for $8 that I will buy all that he has at any given time while I usually only take the ones I need from the other fellow who wants $13 for them. Takes us back to the "old" story of "what's a gun worth? Whatever someone is willing to pay for it! Same deal with silver strikes or whatever! Thanks for the reply. Enjoy the hobby. ......Dick
