Please let me give you a clarification.

Richard Hirsch did not renew his membership in the ccgtcc, and his membership expired on Dec. 31st of last year.

If Richard Hirsch was to reapply for membership, I would at that time bring the matter before the whole board for consideration. I don't have the power to ban someone on my own account, but I would vote to not allow him to return.
