The way that I understand it is that there is between 1 and 4 prototypes of each strike made. The most common number being three. One goes to the casino, one goes to Gaming and one goes to IGT or sometimes the mint keeps one. I believe that Gaming, IGT and the mint are not supposed to release or sell theirs although I am not 100% positive of this. The one that I listed was the completely frosted strike in the middle and should be the only one available but there is the possibility that 2 or 3 more at the most are in a collector or collectors hand. I emailed the winner and told him he was not obligated to take the strike as there was the possibility that a few more were in the collectors hands. It is the only one that I have ever seen and I am still waiting on Al to post a scan of his two.
