There is the possibilty that the casinos would be able to turn in the older strikes for credit to their accounts. I will try to get an answer on Mon., Tues. or Wens. when Shaun & Craig go back to work.
Keep in mind there are a ton of older strikes that are being held for the next $200 issues. If they keep recycling them they won't have to pay to have new clear cap strikes minted. It would not be resonable to turn-in any of the older strikes until they have newer clad ones to replace all of them. Lord only knows how much credit they would get per older strike and what the cost of minting the clad strikes will be.
