Apmex had them on for at least three or four months now, when silver dips below $10 scrap per strike, they pull them off the website. For some reason, they dropped their "10 quantity discount", which was less than $11 each on Wednesday last week. I asked them if I could specify a preference on casinos, they said no. But they did say they try to honor requests by states, so if anyone orders, go ahead and ask for "Nevada" or "New Jersey" etc. when you order. No guarantee, but they told me they would try.
