I have just ordered a blank album and pages from Jake's Marketplace today (Monday), so I don't yet know how reliable they are. I do know they have the lowest prices I could find on Dansco products. Strikes are 44.25mm, but the closest size they have to that is 45mm, so I don't know if this would be the place for you to order for strike pages, but they do have token size (38mm) and chip size (40mm) for $3.20 per page and $6.35 for blank albums from 5/8" to 1.25". Regular Dansco prices run $4.25 per page and $8.45 per album. If anyone wants me to, I will post my opinion of them when I receive the album. The link should be below.
