Dan & onemadlush --- I like some good alligator myself BUT that's NOT NEARLY as GOOD as home boiled crawfish. Boiling up a sack of GOOD OL ' crawfish in the home pot -- a person can fix them JUST RIGHT the way he likes them. Hard to beat them crawfish.
Say onemadlush WHERE is that cajun restrant you talked about?????????????? I would like to try it if its near where I go. If not in Louisiana they are just trying to pretend its cajun food.
