Is there a Grand Canyon token included in the 7 Wonders series? (if yes - that makes 8!)

If no - is there a Grand Canyon Strike from Reno (or Harrah's?) that needs to be listed? (but not with the $2? or is there a $2 token separate?)
or another denomination?
