Dave, I don't think Ebay can enforce this new policy because they are the auction house, not the seller and they are only furnishing a service for people to sell their items! I think if this wound up in court, Ebay would not win this case, as long as the seller pays the Ebay fees who is Ebay to tell you how you have to pay the seller. As long as the seller gets paid it is up to him what form of payment he will accept, whether it is cash, personal check, bank money order, postal money order or PayPal, I don't think Ebay can dictate to the seller what kind of payment they can receive. If Ebay had the power to enforce this type of program, then what about all of the sellers that sell on Ebay that say that they will not take Paypal as payment because they don't want to pass on the PayPal charges to the buyer, then why weren't they stopped from selling on Ebay!
