Not sure how many noticed, more changes coming to eBay. Effective in "late October" eBay is going to 100% electronic payment! Only credit cards through your own merchant processor, ProPay, or PayPal will be accepted on eBay period! They give all these stats about how check payments result in problems, 50% of negative feedback, item not received complaints, etc. Sounds to me more like a way to funnel more business to PAYPAL which they own!

So all you NO PAYPAL sellers, pretty soon it will be no eBay for you....better sell while you can.
