Hello Dennis, I can appreciate your feelings...but just to set the record straight...we have supported Greg, and his BB's since day 1. We always have banner ads here at the Strike Point, as well as on the Chipboard. We also have links on our homepage to both of Gregs boards, (at no charge).
We have also contributed substantially to the CC+GTCC since we our beginning. We also run free auctions for Slabfree, and for any other good cause that is presented to us.
We have had a table at the National Convention for the last 2 years, and have our tables already reserved for next year. In fact, we attend most of the other shows throughout the year as well.We do everything in our power to help the hobby and the interests of all the fellow chip and strike collectors. We are collectors too, as well as members of the CC+GTCC.
As I believe you know, we set up a hospitality booth at the recent show at the Tropicana...giving away literally thousands of soft drinks and snacks absolutely free of charge. We also shared 2 huge Anniversary cakes with anyone and everyone that attended.
I honestly believe that Jackpot does its share for the hobby...and we will continue to do so.
Yes, we do read the boards, and we do post messages that are directly related to the hobby. When I see a nice strike(s) or chip(s) listed on Jackpot, I let the readers know about it.
I do not post messages that are not relevant to the hobby...this is an internet BB, and we are an internet auction site that deals soley in casino collectibles.
We will continue to support the hobby in any way possible.
