Don't think so, maybe in the old days you could have several different ebay names and could give them different address for each but ebay got smart or plain lucky and they now ( and have for a couple of years )have you verify all the information you give them. If you use the same address it is very easy for them to detect shill bidding which is what you are saying I belive. My self I have 4 different sellers names that I use depending on I am listing, it makes it a bit better for me to follow my end of things and I DON"T SHILL BID. The long and the short of it is what difference does it make to anybody, if you don't like Kirk's dealing don't deal with him but don't assume everybody is doing bad things if they sell under more than one name.
