My humble opinion. I too started collecting because they were FUN to win, had interesting subjects AND had real silver value. I never expect to make a PROFIT because of the silver value but it just gives the medal a real honest value. I would prefer to see the denomination go up just like when they went from $7 to $10 strikes as a base. I doubt if anything to much will happen until we see if the silver price wil stabilize in the $16-$18 range or maybe the $20-$25 range or maybe more. I think a quick fox would be to just increase the $10 strikes to $20 strikes and see what happens next. I definately DFO NOT WANT to see them go to silver plate. I think even a trial or quick fix that once it happens there will be no going back to pure silver. The curent $10 strike size changed to $20 would only have about $9 worth of silver in a $20 strike so that should leave room for artwork AND casino PROFITS. Keep on strike'in.
