My question is why did anyone reach such a ridiculous conclusion that uppper case is shouting. I Agree That Some Consider It Shouting, But WHY?
I have been told that using upper case is shouting and now i am supposed to agree with those who say it is for no other reason than they read , heard or were told that is is shouting. There must be a better reason than this.
Is there anyone out there who can honestly say they decided on their own that CAPS was rude and considered shouting.
