Hi Sarge, first you must get the software program, Microsoft Office: Mac. We are still using the 2001 version, but there are newer versions that can be aquired. Download the software disc which includes: Entourage for email, Excel for spreadsheets, Word for documents and Powerpoint for presentations. To obtain this software you can get it through the Mac at Microsoft, visit www.microsoft.com/mac. I hope this information helps the imac people out there!
