I think I was able to identify most if not all. The stars usually are issued for multiple awards ie center bottom ribbon is the Marine Enlisted Good Conduct given for 4 years of good, credible service, with additional stars representing an additional 4 years. Several are for Korea service. If you still can not find a specific ribbon, plmk.
