I have never been on to use a handicap as an excuse but i have a missing middle finger and it slows my typing down.I wish I could type properly but it takes longer and i have had no complaints other than yours. I will in the future type all emails to you lower case, but it sure took too much time typing this message. try cutting off your middle finger and then typing.
