Dennis, you are right, I did defend myself (just as you did when Wes questioned you a while ago) and that's because he didn't ask a question, he questioned whether my strike was really an error strike. If he put up a picture of a strike and said "is this an error strike, or is it just an older rim before the change required it to be on the silver" that is a legitimate question and I'm sure many would have answered. But that's not what he did. I put up an error strike, identified it as an error strike and then he questioned if it was really an error strike, his words not mine. If you go back and read, my first response to him was very polite and I answered to let him know what the error was and when it was made. I added that I wouldn't have called it the error if it wasn't, and that is a true statement. I wasn't sure if he was being a jerk or if he was really asking a question. He then started making the smart ass remarks about "oh, sorry I'll believe everything you say" which by the way confirmed (to me at least) that he WASN'T asking a legitimate question. All he had to say was "I think you misunderstood me, I meant to ask what makes this an error strike" but he didn't.
Anyone can attack me all they want, but don't think I'm going to just sit back and let the BS fly without a response.
Dave.
