You need to add one more rule. Members shalt not call every minor variation a rare "error" and claim it's scarce or worth hundreds of dollars.
These strikes are made in runs of 500 and up, so there are 500 of each "error" and then 500 of the regular issue, and then 500 of the next variation, and so on. Just because someone finds one that's different from their idea of the standard strike, doesn't mean it isn't the old variety recycled, or the next, and isn't just another one in the line.
Yes, there are true errors and hard to find issues, but it seems like anything out of the ordinary is getting labeled as a rare error.
I do agree that people should at least reply to an email, even if it's to say no, but that's people.
As for back stabbing, blame the dealer who switches mid-stream, just to make a few bucks more, and make sure you tell them why you won't be buying from them, ever again.
If someone pulls tricks like that, they need to learn some ethics. Hitting them in the wallet is a good lesson.
