I agree a lot with what Badgerdave just said. I have bought from Kirk and had excellent service. I love that he speaks his mind here but I also think he would be able to communicate his thought more clearly if he paid attention to spelling, punctuation and grammer. He makes it too easy to pick on him rather than on his message. Paypal is obviously the way many people want to do business. It is just the costs of doing business. If you have a brick and mortar store you have a hundred little fees and expenses you have to deal with to sell. And yelling at your customer about paying does no good and only makes you seem cranky and hard to deal with. The worse you have to deal with on eBay is a buyer who doesn't pay. You get stuck with a fee or two but you still have the item. How do you think you would feel about shoplifters? Or people who write bad checks but THEY get the item before you find out their check is no good. EBAY has it's FAULTS but it is still a great tool for selling. ALL IN ALL, Kirk, and others willing to open up about things, are what makes this a great forum.
