I think I have part of the answer. I am retired and have very very sufficient cash reserves. Fortunately I can CHOOSE who I want to do business with on silverstikes. Its an enjoyable hobby. I would rather do business with Bob Baxter and pay the sales tax because he stands behind his product. The Candy Store is a great place to shop because Mr/ O'Neal bends over backwards to make sure the buyer is ALWAYS satisfied. Neither one of these gentlemen rant and rave like lunatics and condemn an entire group of collectors as cash poor losers. Why would I ever do business with someone like that when I have a choice.
