Kurt, as often is the case, some of what you say makes a lot of sense. You are right that it was just a thing BUT it COULD HAVE been a child or animal. If he is that careless, then he has no right to be driving and should be stopped. BUT easier said than done I am sure. One more reason why I am a Happy Hawkeye and still live in America but things are changing everywhere.
