Yes, it does, but there are minor differences: on mine, the location of the white triangles and pink stripes are switched (pink stripes located at the 12 o'clock, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions, and the white triangles located at the 2, 4, 8 and 10 o'clock positions). Also, on my chip where "Flamingo Hilton Las Vegas, NV" is printed, it appears on a white background. I have since found out that the notched out "v"'s refer to the voiding of the chip.
