I've linked an image of the Flamingo Hilton (LV) $100 from Paul Hegge's Silver State Treasures site (accessible from Greg Susong's chipguide.com) for purposes of asking Dan if this is the chip he is referring to, only with cut-outs (notches) for cancellation.
Dan, is this it? If so, and if yours has been notched (cut) then the value is a percentage of the the chip if found in excellent condition. If found in excellent condition, then the value would be around $40-$49. With cancellation, it is valued at about 20% of that. These chips are no longer valid at the Flamingo (which no longer carries the Hilton name).
If you have further questions or comments, please email me (or post the questions at www.thechipboard.com, which is a chips and tokens (and other casino memorabilia) web-site, whereas this site has a focus on Silver Strikes and chips are not Silver Strikes.
