I very much appreciate your efforts to produce these strikes, and I very much appreciate your efforts for an equitable means of distribution, however, there is no such animal as a "convention board member".

Using all of those terms in one phrase could present further problems. If you don't mind, could you please advise who or what you are referring to?

At the Silver Striker's Chapter level, I can see you meaning the officers of that chapter club of the CC & GTCC.

At the CC & GTCC's Convention organizer's level, I can see you meaning the Steffner's

And lastly, at the CC & GTCC level, I can see you meaning the Board of Directors (the Club's Officers).
