At last years Convention, the Plaza (and you personally) got all sorts of positive feedback from the "little people" because you set up controls that gave us all a reasonable chance to pick up a Convention strike. I'm sure that having your staff "babysit" the strike machines was a pain (and a cost), but the good will you generated more than offset that, I'm sure.

Then you announced the release of this year's strikes and the stampede began. I thought that we had lost you there for a minute, but the fact that you have now taken decisive action to ensure all the strikes aren't gone before the convention begins restores my faith.

I for one would welcome controls similar to last year. Even waiting in line to play the machine was no big deal - there were plenty of other collectors to talk to and the time passed quickly. And we all knew that the strikes were there.

Anyway, after a small mis-step, you and the Plaza have bounced back! Thanks from one collector and I hope to see you during the Convention.
