It's more than just about the tournament and the prizes ... it's about folks making non-refundable airline ticket reservations and hotel accomodations for a tournament that may be cancelled. It's about asking a direct question gentleman to gentleman ... and getting a beat around the bush answer. If this tournament has not been approved... then the show promoter ought to be up front and say so. If it has been approved, then the show promoter ought to say that also.

If the O'Sheas cancellation had nothing to do with Gaming ... then why doesn't someone post what the reason(s) were for its cancellation? If there is some reason that no one wants to disclose publicly why the O'Sheas silver strike tournament was cancelled, then I would appreciate a confidential email from someone so that Archie does not have to insist anymore.
