The eBay lawsuit brought by centsles's company is still pending. The various defendants have filed motions to dismiss. Trial is tentatively set for a year from now. I see no injunctions on the court's docket sheet. I will upload a copy of the docket sheet to my website shortly, and anyone can review it as a Word document.
