I and my wife were recently in Las Vegas and stayed at the Plaza like we always do.trying to get a set of the 3 plaza strikes. fireman,statue and flag.I ended up with a handfull of flag strikes asking at the cage if I could trade for the others I was told there was a no trade policy at the Plaza this surprised me.anyway i ran into
two non collectors who were trying to get the 20 for the 200 strike and traded as they didn't care about sets.is this a new policy or did I miss something.
