I have read that MGM-Mirage who owned the Nevada Landing. And all the very large amount of land acreage around it. Is going to develop some kind of planned subdivision community there. This is a instance where the land has become more valuable then the casino. When Terriables bought the casino's in that direction. The Nevada Landing Casino was not included in the buy.
I sure hated to see the Nevada Landing go I realliy like to go to that casino when I had transportation to get there. And I have bought some real great strikes there from all over including a few surprises at face value.
