Clarification of Bidding Rules (No "Second Rounds" or "Bid Topping"):

The rules for thse private listings are as follows:

Anyone can bid -- at any time up until the deadline. While bidders have the right to submit a new bid or adjust their bid after they have made it, I cannot provide any guidance (in order to be fair to every bidder) to bidders as to:

A) Whether their Bid is Highest at any point,
B) What the Highest Bid is at any point,
C) What I might expect the a Winning Bid to Be (e.g., a target for the auction).

However, for any bidder who wishes to know, I can let them know the following types of general info regarding the process/status of the auction:
EXAMPLE: Whether there have been ANY bids or not at a given point, and if so ROUGHLY HOW MANY bids there are (e.g., A few, More than 5, Double Digit Bidders, etc.)

Thanks for your interest. My e-mail is David@WilliamsCap.com
