I'm not 100% certain, but I believe what you have is the actual gaming token used in the casinos. The Sterling Silver $5 tokens were only made for the proof (500) and proof-like (1550) sets. The actual tokens produced in mass quantities for the casinos were that franklinium metal, whatever that is....
