Well, even though I'm not a member of the Strikers club (but I am a member of the CC>CC) I might as well chip in (pardon the pun).

My own 'Holy Grail' was the $20 Sam's Town coyote. It was one I won on eBay, which I did get for just a little over face value. But the kicker was that it's the version that is spelled "limited" and not the more common (?) "limtied" strike. I know I probably picked up one heck of a bargain there, but it's my favorite of the silver strikes that I do own. (Last count it was 26 $10's, a $20 and a $40 plus two of the Franklin Mint tokens for the Hotel Bonanza.)

I have played and won a few at both the machines at the Palms and at Mandalay Bay, but the Sam's Town is my personal favorite. I've even used it as a card protector at a poker tourney (which I chopped the final pot with two others.)
