Maybe if he didn't have the statement that says "we reserve the right to change the shipping method that is listed in this Ebay Auction including a no tracking method." When I see that, that tells me that you are going to pay $14.99 for shipping, and then he is going to ship it First Class for $1.47 and he will say he reserved the right and it was clearly in the auction description. If he was just a rookie who didn't know what to do, he wouldn't have feedback that says "Bought 6, Didn't ship overnight -must read every word on sellers page" People have already been burned by this con.
