CIVIL SUITS are public record in most states, I think. Someone just needs to go to the county courthouse and search for the record. Should be easy to find since the respondent will be either PARK PLACE ENT, or FLAMINGO HOTEL. i just don't think this was the issue because lawsuits usually take a lot longer than 2 or 3 months to process and get a hearing date. I think they would have told us if it were due to legal implications. That lets them off the hook. I still lean toward us being dumped for a bigger client due to the settlement of the strike only by PARK PLACE. Another hotel may have had a ship jumper from another hotel want to move at the last minute. We are the low man on the pole due to our small numbers. I am not a lawyer but I have been involved in many torts. These are my suspicions.
