Our experience at the Riveria during last August. First off I am not a memberof your group. I was at the Riv at the same time as your group and the OB/GYN were meeting. Yes, I do collect chips.Here is our experience. One night the room was not cleaneed and made up. We called housekeeping and the said it was to late to send someone up to do the room ,but they would send up linens and towels for uus to use. On another night they didn't clean the bathroom or leave clean towels.Called housekeeping ,they sent up the same guy with towels as the last time.After giving us the towels he held out his hand.Being mad and angry about the service I just shook it and then closed the door.
Later on in the week we ate late at the "BUFFET" ,and some of the food was "COLD" . We complained and we were told it is a "BUFFET" and to chose something else,and that we didn"t pay full price anyway, we had used discount tickets.
They just didn"t seem to care! Our party/family f four had spent around
2,000.00 At the hotel for the 8 days that we were there.
Yes we went in to your show on a day pass, And droped another $150.00. The place is just bad on coustumer service and don't care. As many of your posters say that is my $2,400.00 plus. And that is the "way it was in August 2007"
