What a wonderful idea!! things are already looking up. There might be a slight problem as there was 150 in the tournament plus many with a wife or husband, even if 75 from the tournament show up plus say 25 spouses we are at a 100. That a pretty good size group and how many places can accommodate that size group? maybe someone can come up with a good idea.
On one of my Vegas message boards they had a meet last month with over 150 people at the MC and it didnt work out too well. I believe the Orleans gave them a deal for next yr at $20.00 per person drinks and appetizers for 1hr ($40pp 2hrs bartender tips not included). Don't know what we could come up with on short notice. Still it sounds like great fun.
