little differant a live auction has people who work to get paid
a auctioner, collector of funds, display people , guards ect
nothing to do with some home seller ... i will bet 75% of the sellers
who charge sales tax don't report all sales or pocket the funds
only way i would ever and did 1 time only was asked for proff they had
a bussiness lic he could't provide proff so i turned him in to the IRS
found out he was collecting tax for years on e-bay and never paid
1 thin cent i busted him felt good too!
