I personally think there is a distinctive difference between the frosted and non frosted but there are other oppinions on this. All of the first strikes I picked up to trade the first two to three weeks where non frosted and I went though quite afew due to the airtight cases being cracked and all where in small velvet cases Slot Manager, and attendents gave different answers as to how many where minted either 50 or 100 of the non frosted. When I returned after the reorder arrived I picked up a few more to trade they where frosted and in large velvet cases and Management was very tight liped as to how many where reordered. I think you really have to look at both strikes next to each other to compare there is no slight changes due to die wear that I could see.
