I guess it boils down to who we sell them to. If sold to anybody in the state of Nevada we have to pay sales tax on it to Nevada because of being a Nevada registered organization.
Walt, Norman is only granting us the use of Jackpot with no fees not to be involved with any of the listing or selling. There’s a fine line here, if the lister and seller is a resident of Nevada we would also be subject to Nevada sales tax no matter where the coin is sold. If the lister and seller is a non resident they would only be subject to Nevada sales tax if sold to someone in Nevada.
Now there is another way that is possible, the lister and seller could personally buy the coins from the club and sell them to anybody anywhere and then donate the funds to the club.
The last way would be as I said before, remove the allotted shipping charges from the $30 bucks, charge tax on that amount and then add in the listed shipping charges. If this brings the total over the $30 then if their a member they can buy them direct and if their not they have a chance to purchase one of our club coins for their collection at a B-I-N price which includes sales tax.
We can talk this to death, the board is checking into all the possibilities that can be done.
