Dan - Are you sure about your statement about selling the coins online ? It wouls seem to me that selling to the members and making a profit would be against the IRS rules your mention. Another way around it is to have a single person do the selling in their name and not the club name. As Jeff said maybe Norm would do you people a favor and sell the club stikes for the club, that way there would be no hassle.
